Our standard processing time for most sunglasses products is 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, high-volume sales events, or unexpected global shipping delays, processing time may extend slightly. We always work hard to keep processing fast and efficient to ensure you receive your sunglasses as quickly as possible.

If any item becomes temporarily unavailable or requires additional verification, we may contact you through your provided email at contact@milesllaoyd.com.Orders will only be shipped after successful processing and confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Milesllaoyd partners with reputable international logistics providers to ensure reliable and trackable delivery. Depending on your location, available shipping methods may include standard international shipping, express courier services, or region-specific postal carriers. Delivery time varies by country and region but generally falls within the following ranges:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–16 business days

  • United Kingdom & EU Regions: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Asia (various countries): 7–20 business days

  • Middle East: 10–20 business days

  • South America: 12–28 business days

  • Africa: 12–30 business days

These delivery estimates do not include the processing period. Weather conditions, customs inspections, public holidays, or global transportation delays may extend delivery times. While such circumstances are outside our control, we always monitor logistics closely and assist customers with timely updates.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link to track your package. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the package is handed over to the carrier. In some regions, tracking may be limited, depending on local postal service capabilities.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days after your purchase, please contact our support team at contact@milesllaoyd.com, and we will provide immediate assistance.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check all address details, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and recipient names. Milesllaoyd is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Non-delivery due to unclaimed packages

  • Delivery refusal by the recipient

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International shipments may sometimes be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees depending on the destination country's laws. These charges are assessed by your local customs agency, not by Milesllaoyd. Customers are responsible for paying any required import fees, taxes, or duties. Failure to pay such fees may result in shipment delays or package returns.

Milesllaoyd does not accept responsibility for customs delays or fees, as these processes are beyond our control.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We take quality control seriously. Every pair of sunglasses is thoroughly inspected before shipment. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will evaluate your case and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. For missing items in multi-item shipments, we will verify with the warehouse and immediately arrange a reshipment if necessary.

Return Eligibility

Milesllaoyd accepts returns under specific conditions. To qualify for a return:

  1. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  3. All accessories, protective films, tags, and cases must be included.

  4. The product must not show signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items purchased using false claims or misuse of policy.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@milesllaoyd.com with your order number and reason for return. After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions and the return warehouse address. Please do not send back any products without approval from our support team, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our fulfillment error.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

For approved returns, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform. Generally, the refund takes:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

  • PayPal or similar platforms: 3–7 business days

Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Milesllaoyd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. However, we will do our best to support you in locating the shipment.

Order Cancellations
